Location: Mahwah, NJ Duration: 6 Months+ Skills: Job description: · Responsible for the Administration, configuration and support of WebSphere Application Server on a large scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux on System z environment. · Responsible for the promotion of application changes between environments. · Leverage logging and performance tools to analyze system performance. · Responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support of the WebSphere environment including analysis of complex problems and management of software support with vendors. · Interface with development framework engineers, as needed, to assist in problem determination of complex issues including assistance in analyzing application performance problems. · Responsible for the creation and maintenance of standard operational procedures and operational checklists. · A minimum of 5 years experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of WebSphere Application Server ND in a large scale virtualization environment. · Proficiency in installing, integrating, tuning, and troubleshooting of WebSphere Application Server ND. · Proficient in using WebSphere performance tools such as CA Wily · Working knowledge and understanding of Networking/Routing concepts, Checkpoint firewalls, F5 load balancers, DB2, and MQ. · Experience on AIX and/or Red Hat Linux. · Experience on other Web, Application, and Middleware technologies is a PLUS: Such as PEGA, Cognos, BroadVision, SOA, J2EE. · Very detail oriented and experienced working in a production environment using Change Control practices. · Ability to work independently, follow project plans and meet expected timelines. · Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. -- *Thanks, **Raj Singh [email protected] Phone #:- 408.426.4880* -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
