Candidate should have a minimum of seven years C# development experience. Candidate should also have experience developing SQL reporting solutions, developing VSTO add-ins for Outlook with experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC. Qualifications/Requirements: * 7+ years of Microsoft development experience, primarily with .Net, C#, and ActiveX. * .Net 2.0/3.5 * Strong background in Object Oriented Programming and Design patterns Experience with developing for Outlook(OOM, VSTO, COM Addins, etc.) * Strong communication skills. * Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. * Goal-oriented and deadline-oriented. * Masters of Science in Computer Science or equivalent on-the-job experience is preferred.
