Position: Siebel Functional Analyst. Functional Lead Analyst on global projects. Good Functional and Business analysis skills 3.Ability to work in the North American user’s time zone 6AM to 6PM (GMT-8 hours), participate in teleconferences or web based meetings. 4. Support business demand peaks e.g. month-end support of system issues or project go-live 5. Registration of solutions and workarounds in a case registration system and maintain a FAQ database and other user documentation, as required 5.1 Candidates should have actually conducted and written regression tests and regression test scripts.
