Position: Statistical Programmer Location: Fort Lee, NJ Duration: Long term *With at least 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical area. * The primary responsibility of the statistical programmer is to support to clinical trials for regulatory submission and publications; support Biostatistics in statistical analysis, including generating analysis datasets, patient listings, tables, and figures for clinical trials; develop and maintain the infrastructure for project files of SAS datasets and SAS codes. Principle Responsibilities: - Develop SAS programs including SAS macro programs to produce analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures in support of statistical analysis report based on CDISC compliant datasets - Develop SAS programs for QC/validation to datasets, tables, listings and figures produced - Write/Review data definition tables, data specs or related documents - Interacting with all functional groups and being a core member of an inter-departmental team - Design/develop SAS macros and other utilities to expedite SAS programming activities - Follow SOPs and good programming practices, adequately document programs - Participate in statistical program validation and quality control activities - Quality Assurance on team member???s work and mentoring junior team members when required *Qualifications:* - Minimum of 5 years programming in pharma industry - Proficient in SAS/BASE, STAT, GRAPHICS, and MACRO - Extensive experience with creating all files data, tables, figures, and listings, documents, and analyses necessary to support an electronic submissions and publications - Familiarity with clinical trial design and analysis activities and basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines FDA/CFR, ICH/GCP - Experience in CNS preferred Thanks & Regards Adem Technical Recruiter Vertigon Consulting Phone: 201-402-1610 Fax: 732-398-0506 Email: [email protected] -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
