Location: NY Duration: 5+ Months Rate: DOE *Phone Hire!!* Need any Functional or Technical consultant *Description:* EPM Planning & Budgeting functional/technical resource to create functional/technical designs for a budget report along with coding the report from EPM which will include position/salary data from HCM and Planning & Budgeting. This is an implementation on a large program that includes several projects including the implementations of PeopleSoft Financials, Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management. Responsibilities will include: Responsible for working with both the FIN project manager and Technical PMO in gathering the business requirements for the report with the client budgeting team, creating the functional design, technical design, unit test scripts and coding of this report. Knowledge includes: EPM Planning & Budgeting Data Structure, XML Publisher and Application Engine. Knowledge in business application especially Position Budgeting with HCM & Budgeting data, Public Sector and/or Higher Education experience a plus. Strong communication skills are necessary plus ability to drive to a successful close are needed.
