Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
2 Extensive Microsoft.NET line-of-business development experience
required
2 Extensive experience designing and implementing normalized
relational database tables, views, stored procedures and user defined
functions in a SQL Server 2008+ environment.
2 Extensive development experience using Visual Studio 2008 / .NET
3.5 or later required
1 Substantial experience with WPF and/or Silverlight 3+ (XAML) and
WCF development required
1 Significant experience and preference for working in agile
environment required. Ability to mentor existing staff on agile
methodologies a plus.
Strong Strong written and oral communication skills necessary for a
high level of interaction with other members of the development team
and product stakeholders during all stages of the development process
required.
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
2 Preference for expert VB.Net development, though C# will be
seriously considered
0.75 Preference for extensive development experience using Visual
Studio 2010 / .NET 4, preferably since early CTP releases.
1 Substantial experience with the design of state-of-the-art user
interfaces using Expression Blend 3+ a plus
1 Preference for experience with object relational modeling using
Entity Framework 4 queried via LINQ to Entities
1 Experience with a comprehensive third party control library
such as
ComponentOne Studio Enterprise, Infragistics NetAdvantage, Developer
Express Dxperience or Telerik RadControls, with preference for Telerik
RadControls.
1 Experience with source code management methods and best
practices
with a preference for SourceGear Vault.
1 Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services strongly preferred
and experience with Crystal Reports a plus.
1 Experience with design and implementation of analytical cubes
for
SQL Server 2008 Analysis Services a plus.
