The successful candidate will work with the Business and Project Lead to develop to develop the COBOL programs and processes needed to facilitate the calculation and assessment of the intermediary's fees. The developer will support the Business Analyst with research as needed and create programs to validate system data, transfer files from client mainframe to external systems, and calculate fee amounts to be assessed against a plan and set up the data structures to insure the fees are assessed correct.
