Should have at least 6+ years of Java experience 2. 5+ years of experience in J2EE application life cycle 3. Well versed with J2EE standard design patterns 4. Experience with Hibernate or other O/R Data Access packages 5. Oracle with strong PL/SQL skills is must 6. Experience in multi-threading is must 7. JMS experience is preferred 8. Hands on experience with Web Services/SOAP over HTTP/SOAP over JMS 9. Resource should be able to generate standard artifacts including but not limited to High level 10. Experience with Weblogic Appserver (9i) design/low level design/ Use cases/ Sequence diagrams/Work flow diagrams Resource should have exposure working with large/numerous teams for integration. Resource is expected to work on various components with-in rates specific project tasks.
