Key Responsibilities:
Ability to understand feature requirements and translate them to good
designs and code.
Team player - Collaborate with other developers, QA and PM and delivering
the feature work on time.
Ability to analyze performance and scale bottlenecks and propose solutions
to mitigate them.
Articulate build and deployment needs of his/her feature work.
Ability to prioritize daily workflow and work on numerous projects
simultaneously with attention to detail is required.
Required skills:
Proficient in .net 4.0, WCF, IIS.
C#, ADO.net, Enterprise Library
Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code review and
other common development activities.
Familiarity with SDLC preferred.
Qualifications:
>5yrs .net coding experience
10yrs object oriented design experience
>3 yrs of Service Oriented Architecture experience
>2yrs performance, scale enhancement experience
