We Need consultant for PeopleSoft HRMS Business / Functional Analyst

Responsibilities:
Serve as a Senior PeopleSoft HRMS Business / Functional Analyst and a key
point of contact for the business for the HRMS9.1 Upgrade
project Provide hands-on support of PeopleSoft T&L, North America Payroll
configuration, gathering business requirements, researching
solutions, creating detailed functional specifications, and transitioning
specification to developers
Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff to achieve
target results
Work with end-users for User Acceptance Testing and training support,
including creation of UPK material
Must have strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS business processes,
specifically T&L, payroll, MSS, and ESS.   Exposure to SQL and
Query Manager are strongly desired
Provide PeopleSoft T&L, Payroll functional expertise to the end-users /
Business Owners on design/configuration issues and provide
guidance on all system-related problem resolutions
Assist in analysis, design, and testing activities and provide input on
tools, standards, templates, and methodology

Requirements:
5 to 7 years of progressive work experience focused on PeopleSoft (or ERP or
other large system equivalent) HRMS 8.8 SP1 / 8.9 / or 9.x
requirements gathering, configuration, design, documentation, testing, and
implementation in full life-cycle projects
1 to 2 years of PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9, or 9.x experience specifically with
T&L, payroll, MSS, and ESS modules.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Strong oral and written communication skills are preferred
