Currently, workforce planning is in a spreadsheet that does not meet the end users need. The application will be built on an existing architecture. Responsibilities include; (1) Developing the workforce planning application using Silverlight (2) Interact with BA’s, QA’s and DBA to drive project details (3) Work with the team to deliver this project in an aggressive timeline and present demo’s in a timely manner to communicate progress.
