We need 1 UX Project Manager who is a process expert - UX-Process candidate is expected to: · Understand Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Processes · Conduct Stakeholder and Business SME Interviews to align, prioritize and validate business requirement · Demographic Research and Target audience profiling of actual users, tasks, environments and constraints to create User Personas · User Interviews, Focus Group Sessions to understand and list user's pain points and scenarios · Consolidation of usability research and studies as Standards & Guidelines · Conduct card sorting exercises and build the navigation system · Task Flow Analysis & screen analysis · Controlled Vocabulary and Taxonomy · Usability Studies, including Usability Test Plan, Templates and Questionnaire Preparation, Portable Usability Lab Setup - Morae Based, Usability Testing, Test report & Recommendations · Creation of Usability Checklist (for consumption by testers) Position 2: We need 2 technical architects (SME) with great background ….UX-Technology candidate is expected to: · Create and standardize a component based UI design system · UI Transformation library identification, listing & documentation · Hands on development experience with xHTML & JavaScript libraries like jQuery, dojo, YUI, etc · Create and maintain a Global CSS · Implementation of cross browser compatibility, W3C standards, accessibility · UI Presentation Automation approach, architecture document, data flow diagram, and development guidelines · Integration with Reverse & Forward Engineering - Spike Solutions, Implementations & Bug Fixing · Transformation pattern library creation and generic UX controls · Development of widgets, extensions · Creation of User manual · Test Case Development & Test execution · UI Transformation Library (Live Repositories) · Document UI Standard, Guidelines and Best Practices Please send the resumes if it matches the requirement ASAP.
