• Should be able to prepare performance test strategy and performance test
plan
• Should be able to prepare performance test scripts and test scenarios as
well as executdifferent types of performance testing and analyze the results
• Expertise in Load runner
*Desired Skills*
• SAP Performance testing
*Roles & Responsibilities* : • Prepare Performance Test plan
• Resolve any Performance test script related issue
• Guide offshore performance testers
• Execute different types of performance testing (normal load, peak load,
stress, volume, etc)
• Prepare performance test summary report and analyze the test results
*Generic Managerial Skills :* • Able to plan/track performance testing
related tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
