Eight years of experience working with SQL Server 2000/05/08 in Development, UAT, Production and testing environments which involved in Communications, Oil and Gas and Financial etc; Experience in MS SQL Server 2005/08 as a Business Intelligence developer in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS); Experience in developing T-SQL (DDL, DML) statements, Data Integrity (constraints) and worked on Validation issues; Excellent in creating SQL objects like Tables, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Indexes, User defined functions and other SQL joins and query writing; Experience in Extracting, Transforming and Loading (ETL) data from various heterogeneous data sources like Access, Excel, CSV, Oracle, flat file, Text Format Data using OLE DB connection by creating various DTS & SSIS packages; Experience in developing ETL Packages both in DTS and SSIS (2005/2008) using various transformations to load Data-Warehouse; Experience in migrating DTS Packages to SSIS using DTS using DTS Exchange; Experience in loading Facts and Dimensions using SSIS Packages on Data warehousing projects; Extensive experience on Star schema and Snow Flake schema; Experience in Microsoft SQL 2000 Server migration from SQL Server 2005 and also involved in DTS to Integration Service (SSIS); Experience in SQLSERVER (2005/2008) Analysis services (SSAS)/OLAP Design & Implementation in building the OLAP Cubes; Experience in Building Multi Dimensional Cubes and Data Modeling using SSAS; Experience in defining Query for generating drill down reports in SSRS 2005/08; Experience in working with Parameterized Reports, Report Snapshots, Linked Reports and used Report Manager for deploying reports in SSRS (2005/2008); Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, and Database Consistency Checks using DBCC commands; Experience in Database Backup and Recovery procedures and also Expert in working with trace files and execution.
