The Build Engineer will be responsible for maintaining our QA and staging environments and for performing code deployments and maintaining our build process using various tools like Ant and Capistrano. The Release Management team is a new team within client so you will have a chance to implement new technologies and build out new processes. *Responsibilities* • Maintain existing QA environment • Build out new staging environments on Amazon EC2 • Perform code deployments to QA and staging environments • Maintain, enhance, and develop build scripts (in Capistrano / Ant) • Put processes in plan to enhance development and deployment process *Qualifications* • Expert level knowledge of UNIX / LINUX • Knowledge of at least one scripting language such as KSH or RUBY • Prior experience with build tools (i.e. Ant, CruiseControl, Capistrano, etc.) • Strong SQL skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering Please let me know if you ahve anyone, they are looking for a creative innovative types of candidates.
