As a Business Analyst and Lead tester, this position will contribute to a variety of efforts including the support of base product customizations, design and build a new interfaces, configuration and testing of the developed solution to meet product requirements. This position requires the ability to work effectively as a member of an Agile development team with tight deadlines supporting multiple projects with evolving requirements. . Lead the design and development of configuration enhancements to the production processing environment for the Next Gen solutions . Become a product expert in technical functions of the platforms and systems . Create product requirements, software requirements, detailed designs, graphical workflow diagrams, product code design, configuration (coding) and test plans . Prepare detailed specifications from which customization can be written, designed, coded, tested and debugged . Work closely and collaboratively with clients, fraud consultants, developers, support engineers, and product managers . Troubleshoots a wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad applications and functional expertise. . Work under general direction and perform other duties as directed by manager *Experience:* . Five to ten years business analyst and/or quality assurance experience testing complex software systems . Experience with other business rules engine implementation projects . Experience with Discovery, Analysis, and Documentation of Business Decision/Rule Requirement . Experience with testing in an iterative Agile development environment . Experience with defect-tracking software, automation testing tools, and version control systems . Experience developing and executing test plans against use cases and functional requirements . Experience with SQL and relational databases (MySQL and DB2) . Experience with Perl, UNIX Shell or other scripting languages . Experience with Java (reading and testing) . Intrinsic understanding of software development life cycles . Ability to think strategically and act tactically . Ability to be a quick study and take initiative to learn new software tools . Excellent oral and written communication skills .
