If we find someone only interested in contract they will still be looking for a long term perm solution. They need to be strong in this application area on every level. Modules we have are Payroll, Core HR, OTL (needs OTL), CWB, OIC, MSS (this would be a definite plus) and OSB. This person will primarily be working on production support to keep existing applications up and running and work on enhancement/project related work as requested. This person will need to have solid communication skills and have the ability to take the requirement requests from the users and provide the requested support with little supervision. * * * * *Additional Job Info:* *Top 3 Skills (stack ranked) :* *Oracle PR/HR 11.5.10 experience-5+ years overall OTL, CWB, OIC, MSS (plus) and OSB experience solid communication sklls* * * *Business Challenge Client is Tasked with Solving :* Utilized Payroll/HR system to pay/maintain Payroll/HR records on all internal employees. Client needs system properly in production so there are no issues paying internal employees * * *Who is the Internal/External Customer? (i.e., how does the end-users job become easier?) :* Allow them to do Payroll/Hr related tasks within their enterprise-wide Oracle ERP system.
