Description · This position will be responsible for Project Management of several Infrastructure Refresh projects for ESS. · Initially there will be no direct reports. · Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation. · Develop project plan and drive project milestones. · Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. · Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio. 0-2 years of prior experience in project management is required. · Manage all communication plans, training and documentation. · Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope. · Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project. · Employ project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project. · These are infrastructure refresh projects where the technologies are varied. Project term could vary from a couple months to 20 months. · Position requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. · Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project. · Desired candidate would have familiarity with Quest Diagnostics life cycle management process.
