Description: * Functional knowledge of the Sales module with any ERP * Strong data analysis and debugging experience * Act as a technical advisor and mentor the team * Team management experience (at least managing 8-10 resources) Good understanding of data warehouse concepts. * Good understanding of requirements, and technical experience with databases and data warehousing concept. * Experience in managing a group of analysts. * Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos, Business Objects. * Must be able to translate the requirements or Business logic to the ETL design. * Ability to guide the team and help fill in the Technical gaps. * Functional knowledge of ERP or Service Renewals is critical. * Should have exposure to any of the ETL tools like Informatica / Data Stage. * Hand on experience in writing sql queries and shell scripts. * Exposure to the defect tracking tools and understanding of the test and defect life cycle and how it ties to the SDLC process * Able to work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities. * Good coordination skills and flexibility in terms of working hours in meeting aggressive delivery timelines. * Should be able to communicate fluently with the project team on the defects and help resolve them. * Strong organization and problem solving skills. * Must be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently. * Ability to communicate fluently with business users, technical people, and management across the organization. * Good understanding with ability to quickly grasp business requirements * About 4+ yrs BI QA or data analysis experience.
