There will be different projects on SOA/ MB; the resource will need to configure the environments for the developers so that they can devote more time on implementation. b. Need to have experience in tuning MB/MQ architecture to make that scalable, flexible and manageable. c. Need to have expertise in creating implementation plans, processes & documentation for a successful deployment of MB/MQ.. d.
