The person will be working on a clinical natural processing project where personally identifiable information (e.g., personal and organization names, medical record numbers, dates, addresses etc.) in clinical reports are algorithmically detected and marked. Required Skills • Extensive experience in both Java (5-8 years) and Perl (2–5 years) programming Desirable Skills • Experience on Natural Language Processing / Computational Linguistics • M.S. degree in Computer Science • Demonstrably strong algorithmic skills (incl. high scores in algorithm courses on transcripts) Candidates interested in the position should submit their resume along with their university transcriptions.
