This role requires an energetic individual that has a passion for innovation and true solutions engineering. *Essential Functions* * Application design and development. This include the ability to affectivity design complete solutions for all areas of the company including complex financial application solutions. * Work closely with IT management, project management personnel and Business Analysts to fully understand the scope and requirements for each project. * Monitor online task management system, project plans and all other communication channels to ensure that all assigned tasks are known and addressed. * Complete assigned tasks and deliverables consistently on-time. * Ensure that IT management, project managers and team members are kept up-to-date on the status of tasks and deliverables. * Ensure the online task management system is up-to-date with the status and issues related to any assigned task. * Bring effective, efficient solutions and ideas to the development team to address company needs. * Follow design specifications and direction from IT Management and System Architects. * Responsible for daily maintenance and support of existing applications. * Working with others following best practices related to data design and data management. * Ensure work product is high quality. Follow best practices for unit testing. * Responsible for maintaining and creating system documentation as part of the project process. * Proactively keeps abreast of technology and/or professional trends. * Actively Participates and contributes to maintaining and improving company SDLC processes and standards.
