The Maximo Systems Engineer will support current and ongoing implementations of an enterprise wide asset and work management system. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* - Lead the development and implementation of Maximo on a variety of platforms - Assist in data gathering, development, training and rollout of standard and customized Maximo based enterprise asset management features - Lead functional reviews of current business practices and provide recommendations for improvement based on industry best practices and existing and emerging technologies - Develop functional designs for business solution components and prototypes - Document project plans, milestones and initiatives for change control - Support incoming requests from users to research mobile system problems or errors, and assist with resolution - Provide stakeholders with progress reports, budgets and schedules *BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION* - BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related field and / or equivalent work experience - Strong Maximo 7 functional knowledge a must - Minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in a functional position with the implementation and utilization of fully integrated enterprise asset management system - Minimum three years, preferred six+ years Maximo experience with at least two years in MXES - Minimum of two, preferred four+ years experience in mobile technologies including standard and custom applications, application development, and hardware - Experience with Maximo work management, including the utilization of Assets, Locations, Work Orders, Job Plans and PMs - Excellent communication skills specifically in driving successful results in team and project based situations - Working knowledge of work and maintenance management best practices - Maximo certification preferred *Thanks & Regards,* *Gopal* * MetaSense, Inc.* *NJ Minority Certified Company* 100 Technology Way, Suite 320 Mt.
