*Payrate: $44/hr CTC MAX*
*Responsibilities:*
· Co-ordinate with Developers and fellow QA Leads.
· Review Projects & assign work to offshore team
· Co-ordinate and provide test data where required to offshore team
· Review deliverables from offshore team
· Review Requirements & Develop Test Plan for projects.
· Execute Test Cases & discuss defects with developers
· Provide sign off post QA.
· Maintain metrics of all the activities.
· Work with QA Automation team to leverage their scripts for
expediting the testing
· Facilitate offshore Knowledge ramp up
· Facilitate offshore to offshore communication.
*Technical Skills:*
QC, UI based Manual testing for custom software.
Nice to Have: Prior AS400 & Business Objects testing experience.
*Soft Skills:*
· Excellent articulation & listening skills.
· Leadership ability.
· Ability to build relationship
