The right candidate should have a general background in UI, Middle Tier and Database experience but not a specialist in any one area. They should have experience with working on portals and/or enterprise J2EE applications. This person should be a self starter who can work closely with business analysts to help prioritize the work and set appropriate expectations for deliverablility. The technical environment is Java (J2EE), Weblogic, Apache and Oracle. The consultant should have proficiencies in each. Some PL/SQL experience is necessary.
