Uses advanced knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Researches and tracks new web technologies, develops service applications, and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff. Developer for ATM platform. Work closely with Business Partner on analyzing requirements and reviewing screen mockups and flows. Work with Systems Team to design and engineer software solutions following the ATM architecture guidelines. Implement new features and enhancements on the ATM Screens, interfacing with HP NonStop (Tandem) host, other web services and ATM platform hardware components. Must work in the ATM Lab to develop and unit test on ATM machines and work closely with QA Team to develop decision tables and test scripts, while supporting QA testing. Requires hands on involvement with the ATM machines insuring the software integrates properly with the hardware equipment and for testing failure scenarios and hardware malfunctions.
