*Job title : Business Analyst (must have experience with web application) Location : St. Louis, MO Duration : 6 Months Rate : $55/Hr* Skills Required: Requirements: o Experience developing low, mid, and high fidelity prototypes o Extensive experience using Microsoft Visio, Photoshop and other MS Office Products o Thorough understanding of how to prepare and facilitate different UCD methodologies, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiries, listening labs, and task analysis o Have the ability to establish UCD timelines/select appropriate techniques to meet timelines o Experience in preparation, facilitation and analysis of benchmarking key user metrics for applications o Strong cross team communication/team-player o Capability to perform in a high pressure environment o Ability to research and define user requirements o Strong knowledge of user interaction models, information architecture, navigation models, tasks/flows/workflows and overall UI components o Experience developing User Interface Specifications for hand-off to either Onshore or Offshore development teams o Extensive experience developing wireframes o Ability to develop and enforce UI/interaction design guidelines & standards amongst different groups o Ability to make strong recommendations based on usability data /research, business needs and technical feasibility/cost o BS or BA in Interface and Information Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or equivalent level of proven experience o Experience using a defined SDLC of commercial/business applications Successful candidates WILL also: • Have experience working with Client/Server, Web, and system architecture • Place the needs of our customers first, be able to articulate and provide superior advice, products and services while always acting with the highest level of integrity • Treat their teammates with respect, champion diversity in the workplace, and share responsibilities for both successes and failures. • Act in a culturally sensitive manner at all times while working to impact not only our company, but also the community as a whole.
