Need only Locals who can attend Face to Face Interview Role & Responsibilities: The OIM Configuration Specialist / Administrator will perform a wide variety of tasks to both maintain the existing OIM environment and build new enhancements to the application. The individual will also have knowledge of Oracle Access Management systems, Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and participate in providing administration and enhancement to the applications. Experience: · 4+ years experience of developing, implementing or administrating the OIMS suite of tools · Recent experience with OIMS v9.1 Required skills: Performs day-to-day system oversight and administration of the support activities focused on the Oracle Identity Management Suite including testing, change control, monitoring utilization and triaging support. Acts as a high level technical resource to aid in the technical upgrade, analysis, design, and configuration of the Oracle Identity Management Suite of Products (OAM, OIM, OID, and OVD) Transforms functional requirements into technical requirements and suggests industry best-practice solutions. Analyzes customizations to attempt to retrofit to delivered products as much as possible. Experience in Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Identity Management applications: OIM, OAM, OID and OVD Experience building resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing application systems Ensures user support through unit, integration, system, and UAT testing. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Serve as the subject matter expert on OIMS stack and correlate requirements to technical and functional abilities. Familiarity with BEA WebLogic Experience with Active Directory Experience with Oracle Identity Directory Server and directory schema Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans Experience with the various development environment languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C# OIM familiarity in the following areas: Single Sign-on, Enterprise Directory Architecture and design, Directory Schema, Namespace, Replication topology, Resource Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Oracle RAC and high availability architecture experience a plus.
