The company is embarking on a Guidewire Policy/Billing Center
Implementation, and they need BAs to help them in this process.
*Job Description*
· Analyze business and information technology processes to
understand customer needs
· Analyzes user needs, data, business processes and systems to
recommend changes and enhancements. Creates design documents and
specifications.
· Document business and functional requirements (familiarity with
user stories beneficial).
· Provides clear, concise and timely communication and support to
users and management
· Liaison between development team, user community and management
· Lead group meetings in order explain the results of an elaboration
effort or to solve problems.
· Ability to clearly articulate requirements in terms stakeholders
can understand
*Skills Description*
*Must Have’s*
- 2-3 years of P&C experience
- Preferably Commercial or Business Insurance, not mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills
*Nice to Have's*
- Agile Development Experience
- Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter (ClaimCenter might even be
helpful; they at least would know the product structure)
- Specific LOB experience (any of the following would be good)
- Auto
- BOP
- Crime
- GL
- Property
- Transportation
- Umbrella
- Workers Comp
