Hi Friends, Client is looking for a Sr.Sharepoint Developer who has little of Architect Experience. Please check if your consultant is comfortable with following questions.
Do they have the skills to architect a SharePoint solution from the ground up for a company? Do they have the knowledge on how to optimize it for a company’s unique needs? How many years with SHAREPOINT 2010? Will have a phone screen, will hire from phone screen * * It is OK to send a resource that is a Sr. developer as long as their resume clearly defines some experience on the Architect side. *SharePoint Architect* needed for an internal buildout, will be migrating corporate intranet & foundation server to SharePoint 2010. Projects shared internally for various clients across the energy & utility sector. *Must have SharePoint 2010 experience!!!! * *energy/utility exp a plus, but not required*. · Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle · Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives · Validate system performance by developing and conducting test scripts; completing bug fixes · Actively participate in the business development lifecycle.
