This person will be the technical lead when designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining applications to meet specific customer requirements. The person in this role fully understands a range of business applications and can quickly determine how to: Estimate time and effort to complete activities. 2. Assist in building features and functions for each release. 3. Work with users to elaborate on requirements and document solution designs. 4. Provide team leadership by advising other developers and creating development work plans. 5. Prepare final product for migration and deployment. 6. Provide technology subject matter expertise to the team. 7. Direct and control development of production application systems . 8. Assist in monitoring the direction and growth of business to ensure the application of appropriate technologies and support resources. 9. Code, test and troubleshoot programs.
