Job Title: SAP ABAP + HR with Web DynPro Consultant
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 6 Months+
Skills:
a. Support Clients bi-weekly payroll processing for 100,000
employees.
i. Assess
error messages, when required
ii. Assist
in reconciliation of Processed data
iii. Staging
and transmission of payroll related files, example ACH, Positive Pay,
Print Check, etc. for both on and off cycle
iv. Monitoring
performance of the above to ensure that no delays are encountered
b. Development
i. Fix
technical defects
ii. Modify
interfaces, etc. as per vendor’s requests
iii. Modify
remuneration statements, etc. driven by regulatory requirements
iv. Modify
reports and any other forms driven by regulatory requirements
v. Assess
SPDD/SPAU and reset adjustments
c. HR Operation
i. Monitor
all interfaces for completion and successful transmission. Example – Liberty
Mutual interface, Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, etc.
ii. Monitor
all real-time integration between business partners. Example – JWT and
Skills soft .
iii. Monitor
integration of SAP and eRecruitment
iv. Support
ALE and Forms Integration
