Provides tuning on various applications and database environments to build, maintain, and modify the infrastructure for application operability. Handles release communication, system configuration, layout and dashboard management, report creation, mobile system and access configuration, validation checks, corrections, production migration support, and transports. Education: BS degree in computer science/related discipline or equivalent experience. Experience: 6+ years of application administration experience in cloud architectures (CRM Preferred) Minimum 2+ years in Salesforce.com Administration. Knowledge/Skills: Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com, Force.com, and related systems. Certification is highly preferred.
