*Job Title : Ecommerce .Net developer Location : Herndon, VA Duration : 6 months Rate : $45/Hr* Ecommerce .Net developer Must be able to client face (internal clients) to gather requirements The Contract Web Developer will work to develop and maintain web-based applications for business to consumer websites in a RAD Microsoft.net environment. For front-end development, the Web Developer will work closely with the Marketing and Technology Services groups to deliver user-friendly, modern web applications Major Responsibilities: • Generate and maintain site maps. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on new business initiatives and platform enhancements. • Improve the usability of existing online applications and shopping experience. • Design & develop robust, high-performing, secure, globalized web applications using the latest technologies. • Participate in and conduct code reviews. • Follow and contribute to software development best practices. • Use test driven design methods to ensure top quality. • Debug applications, as needed. Ideal Experience: The ideal candidate for the Web Developer position at TTC will have: • Bachelor’s degree is required. • Minimum of 3 years of web application development experience utilizing CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. • Solid technical skill set with VB.NET, ASP.Net 2.0. • Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL Server. • Must have a least 1 year of Front-End Web Development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX technologies. • Ability to quickly code complex designs in table-less CSS structure maintaining design integrity and with an eye to cross browser/platform issues. • Knowledge of XML/XQUERY/XPATH • Mobile applications experience including iPhone/iPad technologies is a plus. • Effective communication skills, focusing on presentation of technical information. • Knowledge of SEO best practices a plus. • Ability to handle multiple projects at once with tight deadlines --------------------------------------- Thanks and Best Regards, Sam Riley | Lead Technical Recruiter Email: [email protected] Direct: 201-710-8278 / 203-652-1459 x 106 -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
