Adobe Architect Adobe LiveCycle Technical Architect Folder DHR Customer GaDHS Quantity Requested 1 Submission Deadline 11/30/2011 Description Overview of Position requirements: This position of Adobe LiveCycle Technical Architect will possess wide-ranging enterprise technical architect experience, and uses professional concepts / company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Can lead a technical team, architect solutions, and provide analysis of situations or data that require in-depth evaluation based on a variety of factors. This role will exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, and will networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Technical or Team Lead). Prefer a minimum of 10 years of related experience. At this level, some graduate coursework may be desirable, but not mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities include: This role is a very technical (architecture and development) one involving the following specific skill sets: * Enterprise Vendor Software Discovery, Define, and Delivery experience (Mandatory) * Enterprise Architecture Experience including Windows and Linux/Unix (plus) environments (Mandatory) * Prior experience in the role of an enterprise architect * Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of enterprise software enterprise level * Preferably has led the role-out of an enterprise software solution to a large organization * Java Development / EJB / J2EE (Mandatory) * Experience with Service Oriented Architecture strategies, components, etc. * Application Server Experience to include Websphere / WebLogic / JBoss / Clustering (Mandatory) * Experience with Web-Development tools and languages * Iterative / Agile deployment Experience (plus) * Adobe Flex (plus) * Adobe LiveCycle ES2 experience * Oracle / MS SQL Server / DB2 (plus) * Some project management experience is a plus * Directory Services Experience (LDAP, Active Directory) * Performance tuning experience (mandatory) * Experience planning and implementing disaster recovery strategies * User Design Experience is a plus * Ability to correlate/translate business requirements into technical/functional requirements and subsequently into testing requirements * Experience managing technical teams during the deployment and maintenance of enterprise software solutions * Familiarity and Experience with server hardware and virtualization strategies Additional requirements: * State and Local deployment experience desired. * Public Sector (DOD and Civilian) deployment experience desired.
