He needs the data generated from the internal systems so that the report writer can develop the reports in order to get prepared for the May 2012 telethon. A developer that can programmatically generate test data. Would likely make several iterations to generated data as testing continues. Would work with the report writer to ensure reports are consistent with the data generated. We can generate this data dozens of ways but an emphasis on Pure TSql is required. C# and CSV/XML would be used to import the data.
