Working on 2 program plans with 4 other developers. They have a 3.5 million dollar project going on currently. This person is going to take all of the current programs and integrate them into one. They have ColdFusion, Java, Delphi, Oracle, C, Uniphase. As long as they can research, develop, code and test they will be fine in this environment.
