Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)
Experience in monitoring or managing contractual agreements for
information technology, with preference for managing service level
agreements for state contracts.
5 Professional who works well independently or as part of a team
5 Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus
building, and negotiating skills
5 Must be capable of evaluating and translating business plans and
requirements into information systems concepts and must produce and
update detailed supporting documentation.
5 Work experience and understanding of software development
lifecycle methodologies, thorough knowledge of the software
specification process and software development processes, and software
architecture.
5 Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in
writing
