I am seeking a contract resource with the following technical skillset: - Advanced knowledge of SQL and complex queries - Data Modeling - PL/SQL - Report Development using Cognos - Data Extracting / Loading - Knowledge of Relational, Hierarchical, and flat file data structures - Ability to create a data model based upon loose requirements - Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions and recommendations - Knowledge of documentation standards - Ability to estimate time and resources required to execute a request - Skill in troubleshooting technical problems - Skill in communicating orally and in writing - Knowledge of IBM Optim Data Archiving is a plus This will be a long term contract, estimated for a duration of about one year.
