*Duration: 6+ Months* *Must Skills: * v 6+ years of SAP exp v Capacity Planning - 6 Yrs v Manufacturing - 6 Yrs v Technical Support – 2-3 yrs v SAP APO & Manufacturing exp v Support experience (with ticketing system and analysis) Candidate provides day-to-day Planning and Manufacturing production support for Global SAP Manufacturing and APO teams. *Responsibilities:* · Remedy ticket management, facilitate root cause analysis and improvement initiatives · Perform trend analysis on requests create and maintain TSCs for changes, · Work with CCB and business for operation changes and communicate plans and request status. · Direct day-to-day functional production support in the SAP modules of Manufacturing and APO/Planning · Working with SAP functional and technical support teams and serving as a resource to provide solutions for complex production issues; · Performing cross functional testing and integration testing; developing knowledge management content to be leveraged by Level 2 support staff and end-users; and providing on-call support for non-core hours of operation. *Other areas to provide support in: * Material Master; Bill-of-material; Work Centers; Routings; Production Orders; Order structure and processing; Order creation; Availability checks; Capacity Requirements planning; Order release; Printing order documents; Material withdrawal; Confirmations; Goods receipt; Order settlement; MES System Integration; Batch management; Serial management; Integration of materials management and quality; MRP; MRP Types; Planning run settings (MD01/MD02); Effects of Demand on MRP; Planning strategies for MTO/MTS; Safety Stock; Stock transfers; Effects of stock on MRP; Stock types; Quality inspection; Effects of receipts on MRP; Effects of ATP on MRP; Capacity Planning effects on MRP; Scrap quality planning, inspections (plan creation and assignment), controls, certificates and notifications.
