Candidate will take over Coordination and Design work for an existing team and will be expected to take the lead over 5-6 developers onsite and more offshore. *Please note:* Candidate might spend the majority of their time managing deliverables and leading and organizing the work efforts of the team; and perhaps only a minority of their time actually designing and developing code *Skills Required:* 1. 7+ yrs experience developing/designing in J2EE 2. 2+ yrs experience Leading onsite and offshore development teams - with responsibility for DELIVERABLES and communicating progress to program level leadership 3. Experience Architecting or Designing application wire frames for an enterprise environment 4.
