*Job Description*

The Client is seeking a SharePoint Administrator / Developer with 3+ years
of experience as a SharePoint Administrator and Developer in the design,
hands-on development, support of SharePoint 2007 and preferably 2010
Intranet and Extranet sites. An in-depth understanding of Windows
SharePoint Services 3.0, Office SharePoint Server 2007/2010 administration
and operations, InfoPath Forms Services, Project Server, Excel Services,
Search, Business Data Catalog and Web Services in a variety of business
environments is required. Enhances, maintains and migrates existing team
sites to 2010.  Provides SharePoint training to individuals or groups;
migrating and upgrading current  infrastructure from 2007 to 2010.



*Primary Job Responsibilities*

* *

·         Managing system security; system patching and upgrades;

·         deploying custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution
packages;

·         Configuring SharePoint services and settings;

·         Managing site quotas and file size limits;

·         Reviewing and monitoring usage reports;

·         Managing content databases and creating new ones as required;

·         Administering and maintaining sites and sub-sites;

·         Managing security for sites and sub-sites;

·         Managing the site layout structure and content;

·         Provide SharePoint support to end users;

·         Provide Microsoft Project support to project leaders.

·         Adherence to Software Engineering best practices and company
delivery methodology

·         Solicits feedback, evaluates and monitors client or customer
satisfaction to improve the quality of services

·         Understands system validation and documentation in a regulatory
environment (21 CFR Part 11)



*Education/Training*



BA or BS in computer science, mathematics or a computer-related field and 3
years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.



*Experience*



·         Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010.

·         Knowledge must include site design, web parts development,
configuration, change management best practices, backup/recovery, security,
Active Directory multi-forest integration, system monitoring, management
and troubleshooting with a focus on delivering an enterprise wide
implementation of Sharepoint with a 24 X 7 presence.

·         Experience supporting SharePoint developers performing site
design, web part development, web services, Visual Studio Team Foundation
Server, VSS, BizTalk a plus.

·         In depth experience supporting global Collaboration, Portals,
Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and
Forms, and/or Business Intelligence.

·         SharePoint experience must include custom workflows, navigation
customization, and some branding customization.

·         Experience working with Nintex workflows and Nextdocs a plus.

·         Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript,
JQuery) is a plus.

·         This position requires expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
administration and configuration and a working knowledge of related
technologies such as: SQL Server 200x, Internet Information Server, Active
Directory, Document Management, Microsoft Office desktop application
integration with SharePoint.

·         .Net development skills(C#) and demonstrated web
part/customization experience is a plus.

·         Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list
templates, master page customization) is required.

·         Experience configuring and working with Microsoft Internet
Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server 2005/2008 is required.

·         Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.

·         Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical
implementation process.

·         Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to
handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing
priorities.

·         Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.

·         Solid knowledge of web performance, monitoring tools and
operational procedures a must.

·         Strong understanding of SDLC processes, knowledge of ITIL a plus

·         Displays superior ability to facilitate cross-functional
communication, including ability to identify and resolve conflict

·         Familiarity/Experience with Clinical Data Management Systems
and/or Electronic Data Capture systems a plus
