Requirements: * You understand and can clearly articulate the challenges specific to testing web applications. * You know QA processes, techniques, and the development lifecycle like the back of your hand. You can easily identify opportunities to sustainably improve team productivity. * You excel at determining the root cause of problems and determining an appropriate response within an agile environment. * You have experience building and managing sustainable automated test efforts. * You are comfortable talking about the elephant in the room and understand that how you communicate affects how well others hear you. * You are an excellent writer, speaker, and listener. You give direct and actionable feedback to your team. * You must have experience directly managing a team of at least 5 on-site QA engineers.
