Please let me know if you have any good resource for any of the following positions*. * * *Position: TIBCO Admin * *Location: mountain view* (*Local to bay area preferred as hiring manager doesn’t know if face to face is must or not)* *Duration: 6+ Months * The TIBCO Administrator will be responsible for the installation, technical administration, tuning, monitoring, and upgrading of the environments. • Candidate should be proficient in Tibco Business Works, Adapters, Hawk, Tibco Administrator, EMS products. • Responsible for the definition, planning and execution of all TIBCO infrastructure activities required to support the Enterprise Architecture environment. • Will also work with TIBCO support when necessary to resolve infrastructure problems. • EAI TIBCO Software Installation, env set up , Support Packs, and Upgrades. Work with Enterprise Architects and Developers to understand key Enterprise *Integration logical requirements.* • Ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic technology decisions. • Ensure that projects are supported with the required Dev, Test, thru Pre-Production environments as agreed. • Support Performance Monitoring and the administration of the Hawk monitoring tool. • Understand and follow enterprise Change Management processes and procedures to make changes in TIBCO environment. • Coordinate with other IT Infrastructure teams such as server, storage, network and database for resolving major and minor issues. • Working experience in unix scripting like perl or python. • Problem resolution during development, rollout and production support. • Excellent technical leadership skills in guiding the team for new environment setups and issue resolution. • The individual must be able to communicate to client management on Issues, Risks and status. • Must have excellent communication skills and be very self-motivated.
