Position: Peoplesoft HRMS consultant Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6+ Months • Bachelor’s degree • At least 2~3 full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS applications. Working experience of PSFT HCM 9.1 • Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll. • Expertise in setting up Payroll related information for large user groups. Experience in parallel testing. • Extremely good presentation skills • Proven track record in IT Consulting / HRMS architecture / solution delivery.. • Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits Modules. • Ability to conduct CRP sessions for large user groups • Expertise in working with cross functional teams and defining functional roadmaps for the solutions • Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to HRMS implementation. • Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.
