LAN – Cisco 3560, 37xx, and 6500 switches, F5 Load Balancers. LAN Wireless – Cisco 5500 controller and 3500 WAPS WAN – Cisco Routers (Verizon) and Riverbed WAN accelerators Security – Cisco ASA firewalls, IDS/IPS, and 3030 Concentrators for VPN Telephony – Cisco Call manager, Unit, call center and e911 Video Conferencing – In Conference room Polycom site to site systems. In Laptops the use of Cisco’s WebEx Responsibilities / Activities Network Access Conduct weekly operational meeting with Vendors and update meeting logs (Capgemini, Verizon, AT&T, AVI) Follow up any outstanding tasks Review log reports and open support tickets for medium and high findings provided by Capgemini. (Core switches, Load Balancers, WAN accelerators, Wireless Controller, VPN concentrator). Review network documentation to insure accuracy. Network Diagrams and procedures. Handle user request and issues as escalated. Push projects and provide detail information, and perform user testing as needed for active projects. 802.1x rollout (Norman, Markham, Agensys) Wireless Access Point installation in Markham, and Norman Installation of secondary switch in Ann Arbor, Washington, and Menlo Park Multicast implementation and rollout in Northbrook Security Operations Review audit files including privileged user, system admin, failed login, switch user logs and password change documents.
