Job Description: Position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the database administrators and the various development teams, project managers, business analysts, and end users to support the design, testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of all custom models for our business applications, software and custom code that support our warehouse and engagement processes. Position will work with the Enterprise Data Warehouse ETL Architects and Developers to review and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical models in support of the clients core processes, data warehouse and ODS environments. Collaborate with the business partners, ETL Architects and ETL developers in gathering and documenting business requirements. Transform requirements into appropriate data model (conceptual, logical, or physical) Generate data model documentation in appropriate tools, including data dictionary and best practices, standards and conventions Plan and perform data model quality assessment and validation A Minimum of 5 years of experience in logical database modeling. Significant knowledge and hands-on experience in using Oracle DBMS and Unix OS in supporting distributed applications development and database administration (DBA) is required Significant experience in data modeling using ERWIN tools **** *Comments:***** Data Modeler Strong business analyst skills required.
