Title: Agile Coach Location: Columbus, GA
Length: Long Term Responsibilities: • Facilitate adoption of agile values and principles across the enterprise • Responsible for definition, adoption and optimization of agile framework, processes and practices • Team and program level training and coaching to cover all roles • Train and coach the teams on user story creation, story mapping and release planning • Conduct or facilitate agile ceremonies • Develop training materials and conduct stand-up trainings • Communicate the success stories and early wins of agile teams by creating required visibility • Define and rollout agile metrics and make recommendations to teams for improvement • Provide feedback from teams’ retrospectives to the Enterprise Agile Transformation team Qualifications: • Expert level knowledge of SDLC and several software development methodologies • Advanced knowledge on Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe and Lean • Hands on experience on Product Backlog Refinement • Experience in applying agile in IT application development • At least 2 years of teaching, coaching and mentoring agile teams • Software development and software project management experience is highly desirable • Hands on experience on VersionOne • Working knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, pair programming, test driven development, etc. to increase code quality • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in technology or Business • Must be Certified Scrum Master with at least 2 years as Scrum Master • Certifications such as CSP and SPC a big plus • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with an ability to influence all roles • Design, pilot and deployment of methodologies and processes in large organizations • Leading organizational change management • Outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills Thanks & Regards, Ramesh Kumar *Global **Associates Inc/ **VCarve Inc* *||* 7106 Corporate Way* ||* Dayton, OH 45459 *||* *||*Phone: 937-877-5870 * ||* Fax: 937-312-1205 *||* [email protected]* or* [email protected] *||* www.gassociates.com*||* <http://www.gassociates.com||/> -- -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
