This role requires good *leadership, mentorship* and *strong communication* skills. *Responsibilities * · Architect, design, document and development of new or maintain existing applications based on specifications. · Develop, implement and maintain coding standards, unit tests of programs. · Act as *technical leader* for the web team. · Actively participate in team activities · Mentor Software Engineers. · Perform Code reviews. · Build Management. · Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting for the assigned applications, functional areas or projects. · Stay current with changes in the technical area of expertise. · Maintain a thorough knowledge of the assigned applications and functional areas. · Work with the team to ensure the quality of the assigned tasks and/or projects. *Minimum Qualifications * · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience · 3+ years of *recent* Team/Technical lead experience. · 7+ years of *recent* hands-on experience in: · Web technologies · Microsoft C# · ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> · ADO.NET <http://ado.net/> · JavaScript · jQuery · HTML · CSS · SQL · Strong knowledge in Object Oriented analysis, design and programming. · Experience using automated unit testing technologies · Experience using TFS as a version control and work tracking tool · Good working knowledge of: · SiteCore (CMS) · MVC · Dependency Injection · Web services (WCF) · WebAPI · Knockout/Angular Scrum Master Experience is a plus.
