Title: Performance Tests on Hadoop Office Location: IL - Schaumburg Duratioin: 6+ months Client: CSC *In case of H1b consultants Visa copy is a must.* Position Description: • Must be able to run Performance Tests on Hadoop(Primarily) and report out relevant Metrics Overall Exp. (in years) : 5 years Provide a job description of the role, responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: 1. 6-8 years of experience in performance testing (preferably Hadoop cluster). 2. Good Communications Skills. 3. Knowledge on Insurance Domain (General Insurance). INS21, INS22 and INS23 completion is an added advantage. 4. Experience working in Underwriting/ Policy Admin Projects (Insurance Projects). 5. Experience in managing teams. 6. Knowledge and Experience on Test Management and Defect Management Tools like ALM (QC), Bugzilla etc. 7. Co-ordinate with other project teams in completing integration testing with Pig, Hive and other tool-setss. Provide a list of optional skills : 1. Knowledge on Automation Tools like UFT (QTP), Experience in test automation is an added advantage. 2. Certifications like ISTQB/ ISTE/ CSQA... are preferred but not compulsory. 3. Knowledge about development and testing methodologies/ practices/ Processes.
